Gene synthesis

Eurofins Genomics is the industry expert in gene synthesis. We can handle any gene needs from standard cloning to complex gene constructs with high repeats or high GC regions. Complex segments in a sequence make synthesis of oligo challenging and reduce the efficiency of transcription and translation, but we have the expertise to meet these challenges. Our 'Express Gene" service can be applied to any gene, even complex ones!

Gene fragments

GeneStrands are linear, double-stranded DNA fragments constructed using synthetic DNA and are ready for use in applications such as cloning, CRISPR-based genome editing, and antibody engineering. GeneStrands serve as an inexpensive substitute for our gene synthesis service. GeneStrands are available up to 3,000 bp and delivered in liquid form as a dsDNA fragment (min. 200 ng).

GeneStrands Fragments perform better, are delivered faster, and cost the same as or lower than gene fragments from other suppliers.

Plasmid prep

We offer prep sizes of your plasmids at microgram to milligram scales. Speed, flexibility, and quality of DNA obtained are critical factors for any plasmid purification service.

IVT mRNA

Eurofins Genomics offers various services from DNA template options to IVT mRNA production. All our mRNA products are capped and polyadenylated to ensure stability and downstream application performance. Our standard QC and characterisations include size, purity, and integrity. Additional QC methods such as capping efficiency are available.
