Eurofins is built on values of integrity and reputation. Our clients trust us in areas that are very sensitive for them, and they expect the highest level of integrity, trustworthiness and competence from each Eurofins laboratory and each Eurofins employee. Compliance with these values and all associated laws, regulations and policies is the outcome of an organisation meeting its obligations, and is made possible and sustainable by embedding this attitude in the culture of the organisation and its people. Embedding compliance in the behaviour of all the people working for an organisation depends above all on leadership and clear values, as well as an acknowledgement and implementation of measures to promote compliant behaviour.
We have adopted a Corporate Governance Charter which provides an overview of Eurofins' corporate governance practices.
Eurofins’ strong commitment to compliance and ethical behaviour is confirmed and strengthened in a number of more detailed statements and policies. Find the full list of important policies and Core Compliance Documents on our Media Centre.
Eurofins companies encourage their employees, leaders and external stakeholders to raise concerns about serious malpractice, breaches of the Group Code of Ethics or the Anti-Bribery Policy, or any illegal activities within a Eurofins company. Such reporting will be viewed positively and reporters will be protected from any penalisation or retaliation measures which may result from their reporting of these facts. Please refer to the Eurofins Group Whistleblowing Guidelines for more information.
Disclosure of our Remuneration Policy and benchmarks for Group Operating Council and Board of Directors can be found on our Media Centre. They outline remuneration policy in line with best practice, financial performance criteria for long-term incentives and mandate minimum stock ownership requirement for executive management.
The Board carries out responsibilities relating to corporate policies, internal control, risk monitoring, and financial & regulatory reporting.
