Iron (Fe) - soil and crop
Iron (Fe) is essential for all plants and is a component of a number of important enzymes.
Importance
Fe is also required for protein synthesis and the production of chlorophyll. A low pH level or limited air in the soil increases the level of available Fe. Too much Fe reduces the availability of phosphate in the soil.
