Beth has been delivering on the power of WOW with Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories since 1987. For over 20 years Beth has overseen global operations for its award-winning Professional Scientific Services (PSS) Insourcing Solutions program while shaping the company’s Recruiting and Organisational Development functions. Under her leadership, PSS propelled as the leader in managed insourcing services winning 16 strategic client partner awards in the last 20 years. PSS has grown exponentially during the past 20 years to include more than 3,000 employees, providing scientific services in 16 countries throughout North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
Beth is driven daily to build on PSS successes and wonderful relationships and further enhance its great place-to-work environment, drive innovation, and deliver superlative service for both employees and clients. Her passion for continuous improvement and innovation knows no bounds! She earned an M.A. in Human and Organisational Development from Fielding Graduate University and a B.S. in Business Management/Human Resources from the State University of New York, she brings a wealth of knowledge. Beth combines servanthood leadership with a genuine care for people and service, making her an invaluable asset to Eurofins. Beth is also the recipient of Eurofins’ Best Performing Business Unit Leader Award.
